Job Description: HR Executive (Fresher)

Location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh
Employment type: Full-time, on-site
Experience: 0-1 year (freshers welcome)
Salary: ₹2.4 - ₹3.6 LPA, based on skills and interview performance
Reports to: HR Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR graduate to support our HR team in recruitment, employee records, onboarding and day-to-day HR operations. This is a good starting role for someone who wants hands-on experience across the HR function.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and walk-in drives.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and joining formalities.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave data.
Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Handle employee queries and help with engagement activities.
Prepare basic HR reports and keep HR documentation up to date.
Required Qualifications
MBA/PGDM (HR) or BBA/BCom/BA/any graduate with an interest in HR.
0-1 year of experience; internships in HR count.
Good communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus).
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and email.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
